Blue Flame Terms of Service
Blue Flame is operated by Hallowed Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blue Flame app and related services (the "Service"), distributed globally via the App Store and Google Play.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your acceptance is recorded at signup and when you accept updated versions.
2. Description of Service
Blue Flame is a voice-based social app that allows users to share audio content (posts), send direct voice messages, and participate in live voice rooms ("campfires"). The Service is operated by Hallowed Ltd.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required by your local law (e.g. 13 or 16 in certain regions) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is available globally subject to applicable law. Use from jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited is not permitted.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for: providing accurate information; keeping your account secure; all activity under your account. One account per person.
5. User Content and Licence
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Hallowed Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service (including voice and campfire recordings). By joining a room that is recorded, you agree to that use; see our Privacy Policy for details. You must not post content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: violate any laws or regulations; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post spam, malware, or misleading content; impersonate others; attempt to access other users' accounts or circumvent safety or security features.
7. Intellectual Property
Blue Flame and Hallowed Ltd names and logos are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission except as allowed in the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Content and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy and account deletion flow.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HALLOWED LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS APPLY (E.G. UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT), WE DO NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. in-app or by email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Where required, we may ask you to re-accept. Version history is stored when you accept.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland if Hallowed Ltd is registered in Scotland). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
